Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our orthodontic team. This position will support both our Corinth and Trophy Club offices. About the Role: As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be an important part of the patient journey from the initial consultation through treatment acceptance and beyond. You’ll help patients and families understand their orthodontic treatment while providing exceptional customer service and making them feel comfortable and cared for.
Responsibilities: Welcome patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude. Conduct new patient consultations and present treatment plans to patients. Educate patients about orthodontic treatment plans, procedures, and next steps. Follow up with prospective patients to answer questions and encourage treatment acceptance. Schedule and coordinate orthodontic appointments and treatment. Provide an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment acceptance. Support the orthodontist and team with various administrative and patient-care responsibilities. Conduct treatment follow-up and support continuity of care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Verify insurance coverage.
Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in dental or healthcare treatment coordination. Experience using electronic health records. Experience with insurance verification and treatment plan presentation. Strong patient communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills.
