Guided by our mission to craft best-in-class experiences through collaboration, trust, and communication, we foster a close-knit culture where individuals can grow, innovate, and make a real impact.ResponsibilitiesSupport daily Technical Operations activities, ensuring reliable execution of IT service management processes, platform administration, and operational workflows.Administer and maintain operational tools and platforms including Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CI/CD solutions, monitoring tools, and related technologies.Coordinate and support incident management, production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration activities.Execute approved production changes, database queries, and operational tasks in accordance with established controls and procedures.Manage user access requests, permissions, role assignments, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls to maintain compliance and security requirements.Develop, maintain, and improve runbooks, knowledge articles, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational documentation.Partner with Engineering, Security, Compliance, Product, and Support teams to implement operational improvements and drive service excellence.Support audit, governance, and compliance initiatives by collecting evidence, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to established policies and controls.Basic Qualifications-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience -ITIL Service Management Foundation certification -At least 3 years experience with the implementation and support of processes and practices for managing IT infrastructure, development and operations using the concepts and techniques of Information Technology Infrastructure Library.Preferred Skills/ExperienceKnowledge of ITIL Framework, IT Service Management (ITSM), Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management best practices.Experience with platform administration including system configuration, permissions management, integrations, and operational support.Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and workflow automation platforms.Understanding of access management, least-privilege security principles, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.Experience supporting production environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating operational responses.Familiarity with audit, compliance, governance frameworks, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and technology control processes.Strong organizational, communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Preferred CertificationsITIL Foundation CertificationAtlassian Administration Certification (Jira and/or Confluence)AWS Cloud Practitioner or equivalent cloud certificationCertified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or other Agile certificationsSecurity+, ISO 27001 Foundation, or other governance/security certificationsLocation expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.Benefits:Healthcare (medical, dental, vision)Basic term and optional term life insuranceShort-term and long-term disabilityPregnancy disability and parental leave401(k) and employer-funded retirement planPaid vacation (from two to five weeks depending on salary grade and tenure)Up to 11 paid holiday opportunitiesAdoption assistanceSick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 80 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law
