About the Role: The Company is seeking a VP of Breakthrough Partnerships and Foundations to play a pivotal role in its mission to reach 40 million clients annually by 2033. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and owning a pipeline of transformational prospects, with a focus on securing multi-year commitments at the $100M+ level. This role demands a strategic and disciplined approach to relationship development, particularly within the philanthropic ecosystems of AI and technology founders, emerging foundations, and family offices. The VP will be expected to lead the design and execution of tailored, compelling asks, and to work closely with internal teams to ensure that the organization's programmatic work is effectively communicated to sophisticated donors. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years' of experience in major gift fundraising, strategic relationship development, investment, or a related field. A proven track record of closing private transformational gifts at the $50M+ level is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape, strong narrative thinking, and the ability to manage a long-term, patient cultivation process. The ideal candidate will have a genuine conviction in the mission of the organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Experience in the intersection of humanitarian or development programming and private philanthropy, as well as a network among relevant philanthropic circles, is highly desirable. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
