Compensation: $26.00 - $27.00 / hour Description As Receiving Clerk, you'll oversee all deliveries to the hotel and help keep every storage area organized — verifying quantities, checking quality, and keeping the paperwork straight so the rest of the team can count on accurate inventory.

Key Responsibilities: Receives hotel deliveries and shipments, ensuring paperwork is signed and processed upon receipt Inspects product for quality based on hotel standards and verifies quantities against purchase orders and invoices Communicates discrepancies, shortages, or price changes to the Purchasing Manager or Department Head Records invoice discrepancies and returns, reporting them to the Purchasing Manager Properly labels product upon delivery and maintains accurate record-keeping and logging procedures Keeps all storage areas organized and clean, including the receiving dock, walk-ins, dry storage, guest luggage room, and garage storage Properly stock all areas, including the grab-and-go market Assists with and conducts monthly and quarterly inventory audits Assists with ordering based on hotel needs Daily product inventory to facilitate orders Provides F&B administrative support as needed Skills, Knowledge, and
Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate Basic math and record-keeping ability Comfortable learning administrative software and systems Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
