About the role

An appointment is only useful when the conversation before it is handled correctly. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will help people move from an initial question to an organized next step. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who likes an active day built around communication and organization. Your responsibilities include communicating with prospective clients, confirming details, coordinating conversations, maintaining accurate notes, and keeping follow-up on track. You do not need insurance experience to start. Training will help you learn:• How to handle common conversations• How to organize follow-up• How to use the team's systems• How to keep appointments and next steps clear This role can translate especially well for people coming from restaurants, hospitality, front desk work, customer service, administrative support, or scheduling. Consistency matters here, and the role offers more income opportunity than many traditional scheduling or service positions. Immediate openings are available, and applications are being reviewed.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
