About the role

Evergreen Center, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a Chief Operating Officer to lead the Residential Treatment program's day-to-day operations and to align activities with the strategic plan. You will chair the Executive Team and Managers meetings for the Children’s Residential Treatment Program. You will oversee clinical and administrative operations, monitor regulatory compliance, support staff development, and collaborate with HR, IT, Facilities, QA, and other teams to ensure high-quality services
