Seeking a Licensed Bilingual Insurance Agent (P&C) for a full-time remote position, responsible for selling insurance products, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving service issues while providing exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities: Sell insurance products by gathering information, generating quotes, and binding policies while meeting performance goals Respond to inbound customer and agent inquiries related to policy coverage, billing, and service Educate customers on policy options and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products Required qualifications: 1+ years of sales experience in inbound/outbound sales, upselling, or consultative selling Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance Proven sales skills with the ability to influence customers and close sales Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets Verifiable high school diploma or GED
