About the role

Owning the sales enablement strategy for the America's Emerging Enterprise Business (AEEB), the full-time Sales Scale Enablement Lead will build and implement a Scale playbook to enhance the effectiveness of Account Executives in high-velocity selling, while managing relationships with sales leadership and driving measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the AMER Scale-motion sales enablement strategy, focusing on onboarding and advanced selling motions for a broad AE population Create the Scale playbook by adapting global enablement content to fit the AEEB's unique selling environment and competitive landscape Establish and maintain strong relationships with AEEB sales leadership to align enablement priorities with segment strategies and report on field readiness and impact Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a sales-facing role with a proven track record of enabling large teams Experience in building sales plays and playbooks from global content tailored to specific segments or motions Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership to translate strategies into enablement priorities A measurement-oriented mindset that connects enablement efforts to pipeline and consumption outcomes Builder mentality with a focus on creating programs and tools, leveraging AI to enhance enablement assets
