About the role
Driving cultural transformation and operational excellence, the full-time Remote Lean Management Leader will coach and implement lean principles while partnering with business leaders to enhance operational metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a robust continuous improvement strategy in collaboration with management and stakeholders
Facilitate kaizen events and drive lean methodologies such as 5S, VSM, and Kanban across the organization
Provide expertise in project management and root cause analysis to identify and resolve business improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Lean implementation roles within the manufacturing industry
Proven experience in leading cultural change and operational improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of lean tools and methodologies, including 5S, VSM, and SMED
Fluent in English with strong project management and communication skills
