The District Manager, Human Resources at Prime Communications operates at the intersection of strategic support and transactional execution, ensuring that both long-term people strategies and day-to-day HR operations drive business success. This role partners with field leadership to translate strategy into action, while maintaining operational excellence across all locations in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment.

Key Focus Areas Conducts thorough investigations. Handles employee relations matters. Oversees terminations with consistency and compliance. Aligns HR strategies with business goals. Uses data to guide decisions and improve performance. Translates strategy into clear, actionable steps for leaders. Builds strong partnerships to coach and influence leadership. Leads and supports HR projects and initiatives. Supports talent management, including hiring, onboarding, and succession planning. Provides coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management and team development. Ensures compliance with company policies and employment laws. Partners with leadership on workforce planning and organizational needs. Promotes employee engagement and a positive workplace culture. Completes additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. RequirementsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field 7+ years of progressive HR experience Human Resources Certification (SHRM or PHR) (Preferred) 5-7 years as a multi-state/multi-unit HR Business Partner (Required) Experience supporting, multi-state, multi-unit or retail environments Proven ability to influence across levels and lead through change Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills High integrity and commitment to compliance and confidentiality This Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or on any other basis prohibited by law.
