This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and insurance companies, ensuring timely communication, proper documentation, and profitable repair planning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Greet customers and perform initial vehicle damage inspections
- Prepare detailed repair estimates using approved estimating software
- Upload photos and documentation for insurance approval
- Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding supplements and approvals
- Create repair plans in collaboration with body technicians and painters
- Identify additional damage during teardown and submit supplements
- Maintain consistent customer communication throughout the repair process
- Schedule repairs and manage production timelines
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer guidelines and safety standards
- Deliver completed vehicles and review repairs with customers
