About the role
Join a high-impact technical program management team driving complex, cross-functional initiatives that support modern product and platform development. Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end technical programs spanning multiple teams, functions, and locations.
Coordinate detailed planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution across key initiatives.
Build alignment among product, design, engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders.
Establish priorities, manage dependencies, and help minimize disruption to day-to-day operations.
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to executive and team stakeholders.
Support quarterly and yearly planning efforts and contribute to agile practices.
Drive process improvement, operational excellence, and data-informed decision-making.
Support large-scale migrations, integrations, and technical modernization efforts.
Skills
7+ years of technical program management experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience leading complex technical programs across multiple teams or managers.
Background in large-scale systems, migrations, and integrations.
Familiarity with modern software delivery practices such as CI/CD, containerization, and microservices.
Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based architecture.
Ability to create clarity, accountability, and momentum in an entrepreneurial setting.
Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle Fusion, including HCM, ERP, or EPM implementations.
Exposure to security platforms and frameworks.
Experience using data and metrics to shape executive-level narratives and decisions.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change with a collaborative mindset.
Background supporting large-scale initiatives in growth-oriented environments.
