Senior Marketing ManagerLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to identify a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team in Nashville, TN. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who enjoys building marketing foundations, driving brand visibility, and executing initiatives that directly support business growth. This individual will serve as a player-coach within a lean marketing team, balancing strategy development with day-to-day execution. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead marketing planning and messaging while remaining actively involved in content creation, digital marketing programs, brand management, and demand generation initiatives. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and executive leadership to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that strengthen brand awareness and support organizational objectives.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth initiatives Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning efforts while managing ongoing campaign execution Create compelling messaging and positioning that supports brand awareness and market differentiation Serve as a steward of brand standards and maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials Partner with executive leadership to support thought leadership, executive visibility, and Linked In content strategies Manage external agency partners and vendors, leveraging outside resources to expand marketing capabilities Develop and execute content marketing initiatives including blog posts, case studies, press releases, email campaigns, and website content Support webinar strategy, planning, promotion, and execution Partner with internal teams to develop sales enablement materials and marketing collateral Oversee website updates, content refresh initiatives, and user experience improvements Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, and marketing resources within the company brand library Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Hub Spot, to support campaign execution and reporting Measure marketing performance and provide recommendations based on campaign and business results Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, content development, and campaign effectiveness Collaborate cross-functionally to support partner marketing, customer engagement, and business development initiatives Qualifications 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated marketing, content marketing, or related marketing disciplines Experience developing and executing marketing strategies while remaining actively involved in execution Strong background in content development, brand management, and marketing communications Experience managing marketing agencies, consultants, and external vendors Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, preferably Hub Spot Experience supporting websites, digital marketing programs, email marketing, and thought leadership initiatives Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities Experience measuring campaign performance and leveraging data to optimize marketing effectiveness Healthcare, healthcare services, or healthcare technology marketing experience strongly preferred Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing productivity and performance preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
