Business ClassificationsB2BAbout the RoleThe Company is in search of a Vice President of Content for its Corporate Marketing team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned writer, editor, and content strategist with a background in journalism, content strategy, and video production. This role is pivotal in creating thought-provoking and engaging content, including articles, newsletters, videos, and other media, to support the company's global thought leadership platform.
The Vice President of Content will work closely with internal partners to identify and translate relevant research and insights for a broad external audience, with a focus on raising the company's profile as a thought leader in the industry. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, at least 7-10 years' of relevant experience, and a portfolio demonstrating their editorial skills and creativity. Experience in an alternatives investment manager, bank, newsroom, or production company is a plus.
The role requires strong creative abilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage the production and distribution of content. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, capable of working independently, and have the ability to meet deadlines and project manage multiple workstreams. A collaborative approach, the ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment, and relationships with external freelancers and production teams are also desirable.
