Overview: Join our dynamic team in Rochester, NY, as an Assembly and Packaging Specialist! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are assembled and packaged with precision and care. Responsibilities: Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards. Package finished products for shipment, ensuring they are secure and properly labeled. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly and packaging process. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in assembly or packaging preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
