About the role

About Taplot Taplot is a short drama platform built around romance stories, with interactive games where players make choices and shape their own story. We’re a small, fast-moving team building the next format of mobile entertainment, and growth is the most important thing we do right now.
About the role: This isn’t a traditional social media job. You’ll own the growth engine for Taplot’s channels: taking our short dramas and turning them into dozens of short-form experiments for our social media accounts. Figuring out what makes people stop scrolling, translating our strategy into content, and scaling what works. We give you the content and the strategy. You bring the instincts, the speed and the AI workflow to ship content.
What you’ll do: Cut our short dramas into short-form clips, testing multiple versions of each with different hooks, edits, captions and formats. Build AI-powered workflows that let you produce, caption, edit and post faster than anyone thinks is possible. Run content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X and wherever our audience shows up next. Catch trends, sounds and formats on the way up, and get a post live while they still matter. Read the numbers, figure out why something worked or flopped, and use that to hit clear growth targets. Operate like an owner: take a goal, decide how to get there, and run with it. You might be a fit ifYour feed is your research lab. You notice why a hook works, not just that it does. You’ve grown an account before, whether it’s a brand, a club, a fan page or your own. Numbers matter more than job titles. You’re fast in CapCut, Premiere or similar, and you’re comfortable posting across multiple platforms. AI tools are already part of how you work, and you’re always looking for the next one that saves you an hour. You’d rather run ten experiments than wait for permission to run one. You have used tools to schedule content across multiple platforms, and adapted to content to each respective platform as well.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
