NOW HIRING-PRODUCTION MANAGERRESIDENTIAL REMODELING|FULL-TIME|ORLAND PARK, ILLead exceptional kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling projects fromproduction handoff through final walkthrough, punch list, and closeout. WHAT YOU'LL LEADProject schedules, field teams, trade partners, vendors, and materials Client communication, documentation, and day-to-day issue resolution Buildertrend workflows, change orders, purchasing, and cost control Quality inspections, punch lists, closeout, and team accountabilityYOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVEDemonstrated experience in construction or remodeling project management, including scheduling, resource coordination, and field supervision. Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents; proficiency with basic project documentation and reporting. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams, including conflict resolution and negotiation. Proficiency with project management and office software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools; construction management software is a plus...we use Buildertrend).Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a Production Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role within the construction or remodeling industry preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites in and around Orland Park, IL as required. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational training or a degree in construction management or a related field is an advantage.
