About the role
To support investigator sites and sponsors, the full-time Investigator Support Coordinator II will manage notifications of laboratory results, track accession holds, and update databases while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results, exclusion flags, and test cancellations as defined in the Statement of Work
Monitor and resolve accession holds, informing management of any delays
Act as a liaison for internal and external clients, addressing project-related questions and ensuring effective communication
Required qualifications:
1 year of experience as an Investigator Support Coordinator
1 year of previous customer service experience
High school diploma
Familiarity with medical terminology
Computer literate and familiar with Windows-based applications
