About the role

Affirm is seeking a VP, People Business Partners & Employee Relations to lead its global PBP and ER functions. You will partner with the CPO and PLT to drive enterprise-wide people strategy and organizational effectiveness. You will build high-performing teams, shape operating models, and partner with XLT on workforce strategy while guiding major organizational change and risk management. This role is remote-first with US-wide scope.
