The independent contractor's responsibilities include completing assigned tasks with minimal supervision. You should also complete and file your tax returns in a timely manner. Our process begins with a free in-home consultation to listen to customer's needs. We then make custom, energy efficient composite and professionally install them for optimal performance. We are in over 100 markets in the U.S., becoming the largest replacement window company in the country. Qualifications & Skill Requirements: Must come with own crew. Must have a LLC.2 years of experience preferred. Carpentry experience helpful. Ability to work directly with customers and address any needs at the jobsite. Ability to be flexible to changing work conditions and assignments and work well on a team. Must provide General Liability, Worker's Comp and Auto Insurance Need to be EPA certified for Lead safe jobs. Not certified yet, no worries. We will schedule you a class and help get you certified. Background checks are required for all team members working on a site. Job site trailer and tools. An enclosed trailer is preferred.
Pay Range: $150,000 - $350,000 per year
