About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML professional to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge agentic AI solutions focused on network anomaly detection, incident investigation, and operational intelligence.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop LLM-powered agents and multi-agent workflows. Build and enhance RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using network and operational data. Lead prompt engineering, tool-calling, agent orchestration, and AI solution architecture. Collaborate with architects, engineers, product teams, and client stakeholders to transform business requirements into scalable AI capabilities. Provide technical leadership through code reviews, architecture discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills: Strong Python development experience with GenAI/LLM-based applications. Hands-on expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic AI frameworks. Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, structured outputs, and agent orchestration. Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures, vector search, embeddings, and hybrid retrieval solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in network operations, telecommunications, anomaly detection, or incident management. Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).AI/ML, cloud, or telecom-related certifications are a plus.
