Role Overview: We are looking for an Enterprise Presales Consultant with strong telecom domain knowledge to support enterprise sales engagements for CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) and Network API / Network-as-a-Service offerings.The role bridges sales, product, and engineering, translating enterprise business needs into technically sound and commercially viable solutions. The candidate will play a key role across the end-to-end presales cycle, from customer discovery to solution design, BoQ preparation, and deal closure support.Key Responsibilities: Presales & SolutioningOwn and drive the end-to-end presales cycle for enterprise customers across CPaaS and Network API offeringsEngage with enterprise customers to understand business requirements, use cases, and technical expectationsDesign end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer needs, product capabilities, and network constraintsPosition CPaaS capabilities such as SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, OTP, and APIs for enterprise digital transformation use casesArticulate the value of Network APIs (e.g., identity, location, QoS, authentication, charging) to enterprise and partner ecosystemsCustomer Interaction & Stakeholder ManagementAct as a technical and solution advisor during customer meetings, workshops, demos, and RFP discussionsBuild strong enterprise customer relationships and maintain effective working connections with CXOs, IT heads, and digital teamsCollaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignmentCommercials & BoQPrepare detailed BoQs (Bill of Quantity), solution pricing inputs, and technical commercials for enterprise proposalsAssist in proposal responses, including technical sections of RFPs/RFIsProduct & Market FeedbackProvide structured feedback from enterprise engagements to product teams for feature enhancements and roadmap inputsTrack market trends, enterprise requirements, and competitor offerings in CPaaS and Network API domainsRequired Skills & Experience:QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecom / IT / Computer Science) or equivalentMBA or business exposure is a plusExperience working with Tier-1 operators, CPaaS providers, or enterprise digital platforms is preferredDomain & Technical8+ years of experience in enterprise presales/solution consulting within the telecom or digital communications domainStrong understanding of CPaaS platforms, APIs, messaging, voice, WhatsApp Business, OTP, and enterprise communication workflowsWorking knowledge of telecom networks, APIs, cloud deployments, and enterprise IT integration modelsFamiliarity with Network APIs / NaaS concepts is highly desirablePresales & CommercialProven experience handling enterprise presales cycles, from discovery to deal supportHands-on experience in BoQ preparation, solution costing, and proposal supportStrong exposure to customer interactions, requirement workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughsSoftSkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple business termsStrong enterprise connect and relationship-building capabilityAbility to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities in parallelHigh ownership mindset with attention to detail and execution disciplineDisclaimer: Please ignore any references to salary, as the clients will pay according to the individual needs of an applicant.
