About the role

Inn at the Pier, Curio Collection by Hilton in Pismo Beach, CA, seeks a Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and maximize profitability in partnership with the General Manager. You will supervise Guest Services, F&B, Engineering, and Housekeeping, mentor leaders, and ensure financial accuracy through payroll, AR/AP, and month-end closes. This hands-on role requires at least 3+ years in hotel operations, prior supervisory experience, and a strong command of Windows.
