Overview: USA Health is transforming medicine along the Gulf Coast, providing advanced care and innovative treatments for the community.
Responsibilities: Provide patient care at USA Health University Hospital, teach medical students and residents, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals. Additional duties include stroke coverage with a no more than one in six call frequency per week. Deliver first‑class training experiences for the next generation of physicians and scientists.
Qualifications: BC/BE in Neurology; fellowship training in cognitive disorders strongly preferred. Adjunct experience in neurocognitive disorder care is required. Competitive compensation and benefits for a faculty appointee at either Assistant, Associate Professor, or Professor rank, commensurate with training and academic productivity.
Additional Information: Employees must be in a regular position, working 20 hours or more per week (.50 FTE or greater) to qualify for benefits.
