About the Role: The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its senior living community with a strong focus on resident services, financial stewardship, and a culture of active aging. The successful candidate will be a visible and accessible leader, with a genuine commitment to serving older adults, and will be responsible for inspiring confidence, fostering collaboration, and engaging with residents and the Board of Directors as partners in decision-making. The CEO will also be the primary ambassador for the community, representing it in the broader senior living and aging services sector. This role demands a leader with exceptional financial acumen, superb communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic innovation with operational excellence. The ideal CEO will have a background in executive leadership within aging services, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, cooperatives, or a related field, and will be adept at master and capital planning. A deep commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults and a track record of professional accomplishments in strategic leadership, operational achievement, and supporting an exceptional resident experience are essential.
