About the role

Role Player Site Supervisor Athenix Special Missions is searching for a qualified Role Player Site Supervisor candidate to fill part-time and on-call positions in support of practical training exercises to the customer personnel at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Cheltenham, Maryland.
Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise all role player activities Ensure role players arrive promptly and are prepared to enact their role in the training scenario Ensure all role players comply with all site-specific safety regulations Ensure role players comply with training exercise timelines Ensure role players meet all security requirements in order to gain access to the training facility Act as a liaison between the customer and role players Attend all pre-exercise briefings and all after-action reviews Take corrective action for role players not performing in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of the contract

Requirements
Security Requirements: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and other screening determined necessary by FLETC and Law Enforcement Agency Minimum of three (3) years of experience in military or government civilian setting preferred.
