Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end marketing strategies for Edward Jones initiatives within Natixis, delivering multi-channel campaigns through collaboration with internal teams and external partners. You’ll apply a digital-first approach and rely on metrics to optimize impact, growth, and retention. The position sits in the Marketing team and blends strategy, execution, and stakeholder management to elevate brand and product visibility. This is a hands-on role that values initiative, detail, and cross-functional partnership to advance key initiatives.

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns and initiatives for Edward Jones, including product launches, materials, events, and communications Collaborate with the Financial Institutions Group, sales, and partners to drive growth and retention on Edward Jones initiatives Coordinate with partner firm contacts to share ideas, review materials, and support mutual priorities Develop creative plans to elevate brand and product visibility, managing multi-channel execution (digital journeys, events, content)Execute campaign strategy and tactics across priority asset classes and product lines with cross-team collaboration Represent Natixis Marketing in partner meetings and client events, identifying differentiation opportunities for the Natixis brand and sales impact
Key requirements Minimum of 7 years of relevant marketing experience Financial services marketing experience or similar regulated industry; Edward Jones experience a plus Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 licenses required or to be obtained within nine months Strong attention to detail and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication; presentation experience a plus Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate across the organization Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ownership of projects Ability to articulate marketing plans and progress to stakeholders and facilitate productive meetings Experience developing creative briefs and integrated marketing campaigns Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive team player with a collaborative mindset and digital-first execution Experience measuring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness Ability to work with internal and external partners including Editorial, Design, Marketing Operations, Sales, and Compliancecollaborative mindsetproactive and can-do attitudedetail-orienteddigital-first marketingcampaign planning and executionmarketing analytics / metrics
