Van Driver The Arc Madison Cortland is looking for a responsibility-driven Van Driver. Part-Time Shift: 25 Hours a Week Wage: $18.50 Drives non-CDL vehicle to transport passengers over specified routes to local or distance points according to time schedule by performing the following duties. Prefer high school diploma/GED; licensed appropriately for vehicle to be used, clean driving record, and responsible attitude. NYS Driver's License with 12 months driving experience. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Follows regularly assigned routes and schedules; immediately reports any changes to the Director. Exercises extreme care and judgment in driving habits. Maintains record keeping of: Passenger census and attendance, log of pick up and drop off times, and incidents occurring on vehicle. Notifies Transportation Office of scheduled passenger's absences and vehicle's condition. Assists passengers in entry/exit from agency vehicles or in transferring from one vehicle to another.
