About the role

Neomorph is seeking an Associate Principal Scientist, Medicinal Chemistry to drive drug discovery programs from Hit-to-Lead through Development Candidate nomination. The role blends hands-on bench work with strategic leadership to advance Neomorph’s pipeline. The successful candidate will lead strategy, mentor scientists, and collaborate across biology, pharmacology, DMPK, toxicology, analytical sciences, and CMC, while managing external CROs to ensure timely, data-driven project progression.
