About the role
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Marine AC/DC electrical experience preferred
- Solar, lithium, inverter/charger and battery-system experience is a major plus
- Diesel, generator or HVAC/refrigeration experience is also highly valued
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical/service manuals
- Ability to independently plan and complete repairs
- Quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate findings and recognize when scope changes require customer approval
- Ability to mentor or lead developing technicians
- ABYC/NMEA/manufacturer certifications are a plus, but not required What Sea Results offers:
