Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Deltek Costpoint Professional to consult with HR Manager. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project cost management and financial systems, with a particular focus on Deltek Costpoint software. This role involves supporting project accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and efficient management of project costs. The successful applicant will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, optimizing financial workflows, and providing strategic insights for project success.
Responsibilities:
Provide training and guidance on Deltek Costpoint modules, including project costing, billing, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to project accounting Analyze cost data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports Provide training and support to end-users on Deltek Costpoint functionalities Assist in the development of system enhancements to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Deltek Costpoint Professional or similar role in project accounting or financial management Strong understanding of project cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting processes Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving technical environments
