About the role

Xperience Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a lighting technician to join our Phoenix crew. You’ll load in, set up, run lighting at events, and help keep gear organized while ensuring every show runs smoothly. This is an event-based position with a Thursday–Saturday schedule. You’ll train on our gear, represent the Xperience brand with clients and guests, and bring a professional, friendly, and calm presence to the team.
