ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strategic client relationships to drive revenue growth and long-term customer retention.Identify new business opportunities and partner targets to expand market presence and introduce new service offerings.Conduct outbound sales efforts, client meetings, presentations, and onsite visits as needed.Build strategic partnerships with third-party organizations and industry stakeholders.Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and profit targets.Sell and promote workforce technology solutions, including VMS, SaaS platforms, workforce management tools.Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews that showcase measurable client value and ROI.RequirementsAssociate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experienceDemonstrated success selling SaaS, VMS, MSP, workforce management, scheduling, or contingent workforce technology solutionsProven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close enterprise-level technology agreementsExperience building relationships with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisionsStrong understanding of healthcare workforce trends, staffing operations, and technology-enabled workforce solutionsExperience presenting business cases, negotiating contracts, and driving adoption of technology solutions within healthcare organizations.Core CompetenciesDemonstrates expertise in developing strategic client relationships and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
