About the role
Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)Ready to make a major impact? Nation Security is hiring a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to help us build a world-class team. As a vital member of our recruitment squad, you will connect with, interview, and hire the talent that keeps our organization moving forward. We are looking for a relationship-builder who can seamlessly balance candidate experience and hiring manager expectations, all while juggling multiple open roles.
What You'll Do:
Own the full hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and welcoming new hires. Collaborate with hiring managers to nail down exact role requirements and expectations. Provide a stellar candidate experience while building a robust talent pipeline. Get creative on social media and hiring platforms to source diverse and qualified applicant pools. Keep the recruitment process organized, legally compliant, and aligned with company values. Use your bilingual skills daily to communicate effortlessly with candidates and team members.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
