About the role
Risepointe seeks a Senior Project Manager in Seattle to lead a small architecture and design studio. You will own design deliverables from concept through construction administration, coordinating engineers and consultants, and navigating land use and permitting to protect timelines.
You will sketch, model and present concepts so clients can see ideas before they are built, travel to sites, and guide a team with ownership rather than mere tasks. Expect a demanding but rewarding leadership role.
