The ideal candidate for the Head of AI position at the company will have a strong commercial background in building and deploying machine learning products within a SaaS environment, with a focus on NLP, document intelligence, and transforming unstructured documents into structured data. Deep expertise in areas such as OCR, document parsing, classification, and entity extraction is essential, as is experience with modern machine learning frameworks and cloud-native technologies. The role requires a proven ability to lead technical teams, a strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. A background in financial documents, compliance workflows, or regulated environments is advantageous.
