This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to delivering service that meets Forbes Five Star standards.Learn, train-on, and develop a thorough understanding of Forbes Five-Star Service StandardsServe as a key contributor to exceptional guest experiences by delivering warm, attentive, and personalized serviceWelcome guests upon arrival and provide support throughout their stay, ensuring comfort and satisfactionManage check-in and check-out processes accurately while maintaining up-to-date guest informationMonitor occupancy levels and proactively recommend room upgrades when appropriateAssist guests with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and on-or off-site activitiesOffer thoughtful, personalized recommendations based on guest interests and preferencesHandle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer serviceCommunicate clearly and professionally with guests, resolving concerns promptly to ensure satisfactionComfortable with candid & open direction and ability to act upon feedback, while keeping guest and employee experience top of mindMaintain a positive and professional demeanorMinimum of 1 year of front desk or guest service experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExcellent verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focusBasic computer proficiency, including familiarity with hotel or reservation softwareAbility to work flexible schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidaysThe Global Ambassador is an Equal Opportunity & E-Verify Employer.
