This Entry Level Management Trainee role is designed for candidates who want hands‑on experience, structured training, and a clear path for growth. What You’ll Do: Build and maintain customer relationships using a consultative sales approach Provide strong customer service to support client satisfaction Assist with team coordination and step into leadership responsibilities when needed Support onboarding and training sessions for team members Contribute to daily team operations and ongoing projects
What We’re Looking For: Interest in business, sales, or leadership development Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required Willingness to learn through structured training and feedback Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented mindset Reliable work ethic and accountability
