Rural King is seeking a District HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR support across the associate lifecycle in multiple locations within the district. You will guide leadership on HR processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with risk and talent teams to drive engagement and reduce turnover. The role requires strong communication, policy knowledge, and the ability to travel within the assigned area, including overnight stays when necessary.
