Job description: We are seeking reliable and professional Testing Proctors to support nursing school examinations in a college environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in education and helping maintain a secure and organized testing experience for students.
Responsibilities: Prepare testing rooms before exams Arrange seating per faculty instructions Ensure students surrender all electronic devices (cell phones, smartwatches, iPads/tablets, smart glasses, etc.)Distribute laptops, whiteboards, markers, and erasers Monitor students during exams and report suspicious behavior or cheating concerns to faculty Assist faculty during examinations Inform the IT department of technical issues related to laptops, including battery life concerns, cable connection problems, broken parts, and other equipment issues Collect, organize, clean, and store testing materials and laptops after exams Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and professionalism Comfortable with basic technology Familiarity with Brightspace and ATI preferred, but not required Training on proctoring protocols will be provided Flexible availability for day and evening classes
