Program ManagerComputer World Service, Corp. (CWS) is pursuing a new contract opportunity, and this position is contingent upon contract award. FMTI seeks a well-qualified Program Manager to perform as the Contract Manager / Task Manager to provide network sustainment and deployment support services to military hospitals and clinics located throughout CONUS and OCONUS. Serves as the primary point of contact responsible for overall contract performance, personnel management, and delivery of all services in accordance with DHA requirements. Ensure execution aligns with performance standards, timelines, and quality expectations. Key tasks and responsibilities include:Provide overall leadership, management, and supervision of contract personnelServe as primary liaison with Contracting Officer (CO) and COREnsure all PWS requirements are met efficiently and on scheduleOversee staffing, resource allocation, and workforce readinessManage transition activities, including transition-in and transition-out planningDirect contingency operations and emergency response coordinationEnsure compliance with quality control (QCP), reporting, and SLA requirementsCoordinate with Government and external stakeholders across the EITS environmentMonitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as neededEducation and experience required:Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field10+ years of relevant experience, including program or project managementRequired qualifications:Proven experience managing large-scale IT/network support contractsStrong knowledge of DoD contracting environment and service delivery modelsAbility to manage distributed teams and multi-site operationsCertifications:Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desiredSecurity clearance: Candidates must have active Secret clearance. Work environment: Work is performed in Department of Defense Government facilities, ideally in San Antonio, TX.
