Manage project development, design coordination, documentation, and construction administration. Guide multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution. Maintain high standards of architectural quality, functionality, and design integrity. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. Lead project meetings, communicate progress, and address design and construction concerns. Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships. Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving forward. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables. Review budgets, monitor project costs, and help maintain financial objectives. Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Utilize architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable platforms. Review construction details, technical documentation, and project requirements. Coordinate site activities and resolve field-related design issues with contractors and consultants. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and architectural standards. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing architectural projects from design through construction. Strong understanding of architectural design processes, construction documentation, and construction administration. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar architectural design software. Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of applicable building codes, construction methods, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, client relationship management, and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and other construction professionals. Strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Professional architectural licensure or active progress toward licensure. Experience working on residential, commercial, educational, or adaptive reuse projects. Proven success managing client relationships and coordinating project teams. Experience overseeing projects from initial planning and design development through construction closeout.
