About the role

Do you love working with kids and bringing energy and fun into everything you do? We're looking for a dependable, enthusiastic, and positive role model to join our coaching team! At Stars Gymnastics, you'll have the opportunity to teach gymnastics and tumbling skills, lead fun activities at camps and events, and make a lasting impact on children's lives all while having a great time yourself.

Responsibilities: Light up the gym with your smile, enthusiasm, and positive energy! Teach gymnastics, movement and tumbling and/or cheer skills while keeping safety the priority. Follow lesson plans and class structures provided (with opportunities to add your own creativity). Provide excellent communication with children, parents, and co-workers. Create a supportive, welcoming, and fun environment where kids can grow in confidence and skills. Be prepared for each class and work as part of a team with other staff members.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
