Responsibilities: Job SummaryThe Treasury Management Market Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of Treasury Management Consultants and Treasury Management Analysts within an assigned market or region while also aligning to an area of expertise/client segmentation. This role drives sales execution and process, revenue growth, deposit generation, client retention, and strategic treasury management initiatives. The TM Market Manager partners closely with Commercial Banking leaders and other business partners to deliver comprehensive treasury solutions that deepen client relationships and achieve organizational objectives. The TM Market Manager provides coaching, performance management, and leadership support to ensure team members achieve production goals while delivering an exceptional client experience. This position serves as a key leader in talent development, sales effectiveness, collaboration, and execution of Treasury Management strategic priorities within the assigned market or region aligned to an area of expertise/client segmentation. Salary RangeThe salary range for this position is $104,000 - $203,000 per year plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.
Key Accountabilities: Sales Leadership & Business GrowthLead the market Treasury Management sales strategy with Treasury Management Consultants (TMCs) to achieve revenue, fee income, deposit, and client acquisition goals Ensure Treasury Management Analysts (TMAs) actively engage and contribute to the sales process by proactively identifying new business opportunities (may be through reporting and/or other tools) and delivering on cross‑sell efforts across the TM product suite; may submit completed profiles and own appropriate solution recommendations Drive pipeline management and sales execution activities across the TMC and TMA teams. Monitor TMC production performance and identify opportunities to improve results. Manage the TMAs to consistently contribute to achieving team revenue targets and supporting the continued growth of the Treasury Management business Partner with Commercial Banking leadership to develop market growth plans and deepen existing client relationships. Promote proactive calling efforts, referral generation, and treasury solution penetration. Team Leadership & Talent DevelopmentRecruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing Treasury Management (TMC and TMA) professionals. Conduct regular coaching sessions, review performance, and development planning discussions. Build bench strength and succession plans to support future organizational growth. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture focused on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide guidance and support through organizational and business changes. Client ExperienceCreate excellent client experiences while complying with bank risk policies and procedures. Ensure TMC/TMA team members understand client needs in terms of daily operations, cash application, cash conversion and working capital outcomes. Ensure TMC/TMA team members work on selling capabilities that are feasible and within the scope and features of our systems and processes to meet client needs. Commit to creating a consistent top client experience and synchronization between "what was sold", "what the client expects" and "what the client experiences".
