About the role
Driving complex insurance technology transformation initiatives, the full-time Insurance Technology Consultant will lead business analysis strategies, establish governance for requirements, and serve as a subject matter expert while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Lead business analysis strategy across large-scale transformation programs and facilitate stakeholder workshops
Own end-to-end delivery of complex implementations, establishing governance models and leading cross-functional teams
Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating technical initiatives into clear business value
Required qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, insurance operations, or technology implementation
Proven experience leading complex system implementations in the insurance industry
CPCU, AIC, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar insurance or analysis credential preferred
Expert-level business analysis and requirements leadership with a deep understanding of insurance operations
