Compensation: $17 per hourResponsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requestsCommunicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are readyMitigate customer complaints as neededPerform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correctGive every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbersQualifications: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalentHas experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situationsPossesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skillsAt least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferredMarriott/Lightspeed experience idealAbout CompanyWelcome to our All-Suite, professionally appointed Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek.
