The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a full-time Regional Teen Director to supervise Teen Programs at Chester and Petersburg branches. You will cultivate Teen Programs through volunteerism, partnerships, and philanthropy to boost engagement. The role requires at least two years in youth/teen programs, a high school diploma, and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills. Abachelor’s degree is desirable.
