This role ensures documentation accuracy, compliance with project requirements, and adherence to regulatory and client standards. The Coordinator works with internal teams and owner representatives to analyze turnover requirements, resolve discrepancies, and execute compliance solutions.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update completions tracking systems and turnover documentation to ensure accurate project records.Verify the accuracy and completeness of quality and test documentation packages, ensuring all records meet project and regulatory standards.Analyze and interpret turnover and completions requirements in collaboration with internal teams and on-site owner representatives to ensure full compliance.Prepare turnover packages in accordance with project and client requirements, ensuring completeness and adherence to contractual obligations.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of all required documentation.Identify documentation discrepancies and support resolution efforts to maintain project compliance and system integrity.Enforce adherence to project turnover guidelines and regulatory requirements, developing corrective actions when non-compliance is identified.Manage document organization and data entry within completions databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.QualificationsQualifications1-3 years of experience in industrial construction, completions, turnover, or QA/QC.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam Revu.Fundamental understanding of turnover documentation, commissioning, and quality compliance.Essential Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesStrong analytical skills to interpret project turnover requirements and resolve documentation discrepancies.Ability to make independent decisions regarding compliance enforcement and corrective action recommendations.Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and owner representatives.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with completions databases such as Co-Console, WinPCS, TOASTR, MCPlus, Smart Plant Completions, GoCompletions, EzPlant, or Procore.Former experience working with Zachry Industrial, Inc.Basic knowledge of Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning workflows.
