About the role

Cardboard 47 is hiring On-Air Talent. We’re looking for energetic, confident people who are comfortable speaking live on stream and want to grow within a fast-moving sports and entertainment company. No professional hosting experience is required. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who knows sports, enjoys sports culture, or is willing to learn quickly.

What we’re looking for: Comfortable being live on camera High energy and strong communication skills Reliable, coachable, and willing to improve Able to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of sports and sports cards is a plus, but not required We are hiring for both part-time and full-time positions. The role starts as a co-host at $20 per hour, with opportunities to earn commission and grow into a full-time host position. Successful hosts in this industry can earn approximately $110,000–$200,000 per year through salary and performance-based commission. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on performance, consistency, and sales ability.
