About the role

Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Director of TBM Strategy will manage a professional staff to support IT strategy formulation, vendor governance, and continuous cost optimization while providing data-driven analysis and recommendations for long-term operational improvements.
Key responsibilities: Manage a professional staff to enable strategy, vendor governance, and TBM services within the IT organization Establish relationships with IT and business leaders to provide analytics and insights for cost optimization and decision-making Lead the development and implementation of service costing strategies and TBM capabilities to enhance IT performance visibility
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Operations Research; MBA preferred 8-10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, or Management Consulting, with a focus on leading high-performance teams Prior experience in Technology Business Management (TBM) or CIO advisory work Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Alteryx Professional certification preferred: CMA, CSCA, FP&A, or ITIL
